This 2006-07 season marks the 13th year that the Dallas Stars will partner with WBAP News/Talk 820 to bring you exciting National Hockey League action. The most listened to station in Texas and the metroplex's news/talk leader, WBAP will be the flagship station for the Stars' broadcasts throughout the 2005-06 regular season as well as every minute of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. A 50,000 watt clear-channel powerhouse, WBAP covers all of Texas, Oklahoma and parts of Louisiana during the day and thirty-eight states, representing 80% of the United States, from coast-to-coast at night.

LOCAL TELEVISION:

FSN Southwest is the place to see your Dallas Stars play 39 exciting games during the 2006-07 season. FSN Southwest will also televise two pre-season matchups (Tuesday, Sept. 19 at Colorado and Sunday, Sept. 24 at Tampa Bay). Join Ralph Strangis and Daryl Reaugh as they cover all of the action as your Dallas Stars shoot for a second Stanley Cup. Before each FSN Southwest Stars telecast make sure you watch Southwest Sports Tonight, a 30-minute show featuring a preview of the upcoming game, player profiles and the latest sports news from around your region.


The team you love...and the shows you like are on My 27! My 27 is the North Texas home to your Dallas Stars, with 35 puck-dropping, slap-shooting, action-packed games through the 2006-07 season. Once again, the dynamic duo of Ralph Strangis and Daryl Reaugh call the action with a style that has won them numerous awards. The puck drops here on My 27!

NATIONAL TELEVISION:

OLN, which changes its name to Versus on September 25, will exclusively televise six Stars contests, including Opening Night in Colorado on Oct. 4. Other Stars games scheduled to air on Versus include: Monday, Nov. 20 vs. Colorado, Monday, Nov. 27 at Detroit, Tuesday, Feb. 6 vs. Minnesota, Tuesday, Feb. 27 at Tampa Bay, and Monday, Apr. 2 vs. St. Louis.


NBC Sports (KXAS-TV, Channel 5 in Dallas-Ft. Worth) will carry four games exclusively in the DFW market this season - Sunday, Jan. 28 at Anaheim, Sunday, Feb. 11 vs. Colorado, Sunday, Feb. 18 vs. San Jose, and Sunday, Apr. 8 vs. Chicago.
